Snapped a few pictures at Sonnenburg Gardens while out having lunch today. Enjoy!
Today while out shopping I ran across the cutest doggy raincoat and knew Cody “had” to have this. Now we have matching coats so neither of us can get lost at the park. Here is a picture of Cody sporting his new rain coat.
Winemaking starts with a selection of grapes. Have you ever wondered what certain grapes look like on the vine before they are used to make wine? Driving around the Finger Lakes area I have been noticing vineyards hanging heavy with grapes. I was not very familiar with recognizing the particular type of grapes hanging on the vine so I thought it would be interesting to do a little research and share it with you. Over the next few posts I’ll share descriptions on several grapes grown here in the Finger Lakes. These posts will be quite simple just to give a basic knowledge.
Well today’s the day. I will be assembling the mantel arrangement for the Sonnenberg Flower Show. I will take it late this afternoon to set it up in the mansion. Hopefully it will turn out like the picture I have in my head.
Today I arranged the flowers for Sonnenburg Flower Show buffet table. I mainly used the same flowers I purchased for the mantel. I chose a fallish container I already had to give height. The traditional arrangement was a breeze to put together. I was really happy with the way it turned out.
