My trademark attorney contacted me a few weeks ago wanting to give his little girl a Princess Birthday tea party. Olive Ann will be tuning six and like many little girls her age Olive Ann loves princess “anything”. I was ecstatic and began to plan her royal birthday party that would make her princess for the day.

Tea parties gain popularity with Eastern North Carolina women
I thought I would share a cute cake we made at the bakery today for a baby shower. The client asked for “a sheet cake in keeping with her baby shower theme but not too over-the-top baby” if that makes sense. I said, “Sure, that makes complete sense!”
All of our cakes are homemade and we use butter cream for the icing. I think the gang at The Gingham Patch did a great job. Thanks guys!
The word has been spreading pretty quickly about The Gingham Patch Tea Parties, especially the Princess theme. It seems I can’t book these parties fast enough – which is a good problem to have believe me. Today I wanted to share an Etiquette Princess Tea we did with a Girl Scout Troop.
It’s that time of year again! All the stores have been stocking their shelves with all the back to school goodies for children. So this week everyone at The Gingham Patch wanted to join in on the excitement and help welcome the children back to school.
